The easy part

Every pair of Steigen socks is backed by a 100 percent blister-free guarantee, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you get a blister running, walking or riding in Steigen socks in that time, we will make it right.

Blister claims are limited to one replacement pair or a refund for one pair per person, with proof of purchase. The guarantee also covers premature holes under normal athletic use.

How to make a claim

Email sales@steigen.com.au with your proof of purchase, photos of the issue and a short description of how the socks were used. The full terms, including what is and is not covered, are in our refund policy.

Why Steigen socks help reduce blisters

Blisters are mainly caused by two things: moisture and friction.

Moisture. Steigen socks contain no cotton, wool or bamboo, which are fibres that hold moisture. Our blend of Lycra and microfibre nylon wicks moisture away and dries quickly.

Friction. Extra Lycra supports the arch and gives a secure fit with no air pockets, and a reinforced sock band stops slipping and rubbing inside the shoe.

While we are confident in our design, we recommend having your footwear professionally fitted for the best comfort.
